Cloth Carousel, the city of Winters and the Winters Chamber of Commerce are hosting the sixth annual Winters Outdoor Quilt and Textile Art Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 21, in downtown Winters.

Quilts and other fiber art will be on display in the Winters Community Center, 201 Railroad Ave., and outside along Railroad Avenue and Main Street. Start the day by registering at the Winters Visitors Center, 11 Main St., and receive a free city of Winters water bottle (first 200 guests) and a viewer’s choice ballot.

More than 160 quilts have been entered in the festival from quilters in Yolo, Solano, Sutter and Sacramento counties. There also will be booths in Rotary Park with local vendors and nonprofits, including Project Linus of Yolo County, The Applique Society and the Flying Needles Quilters Guild. A special display by the Winters Modern Quilt Group will be on the stage in the Winters Community Center.
