Y-ME features talk on lymphedema

The Y-ME open door educational meeting for breast cancer patients and survivors will feature a talk on “Lymphedema: Treatment and Risk Reduction” on Monday, July 9.

The speaker will be John Vanderbilt Jr. of Vanderbilt Physical Therapy and Lymphedema in Sacramento and Roseville. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the University Covenant Church, 315 Mace Blvd. in Davis.

Vanderbilt will talk about developments in lymphedema treatment and risk reduction. There will be a time for questions and answers. The program is free and open to the public.
