I’m pro Davis and proud of it. I perceive Krovoza as using Davis for political gain. His advocacy for Measure I was completely phony and self-serving. As for Wolk, while I trust him more than Krovoza, he went along with the other council people on this water scam. Neither man will get my vote.

Mariko’s support for Pope is suggestive. After examining his credentials, I may, actually, be able to vote for somebody for the Assembly!

First, she could not endorse Davis Mayor Joe Krovoza, because she has taken too many legalized bribes from the fire unions, and they hate Mayor Krovoza. Second, she could not endorse Davis Councilman Dan Wolk, because she is afraid that when she runs for the state senate in 2016, Dan Wolk will be her chief competitor. So never mind what might be best for the people of Davis. Mariko does not care about Davis. She cares about her own hide. And this endorsement shows that.
