Yolo’s own ‘Antiques Roadshow’ returns

By From page A3 | June 05, 2014

Spring cleaning? Wondering what your hidden treasures or old family memorabilia might be worth?

Save the date for St. James’ third Antique Evaluation Day in the parish’s Memorial Center, on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Local experts representing DeLuna Jewelers, Davis Gold & Silver Exchange, Main Street Antiques, Winters Refinishing and others, will evaluate items and provide a fair-market value estimate. Their estimations are advisory and are not meant to serve for insurance purposes.

Items to bring include military and sports memorabilia, coins and collectibles, jewelry and artwork, small antique furniture and other family treasures.

A donation of $10 per item or five items for $40 is requested. All proceeds will benefit the St. James Memorial Center Building Fund.

For more information, call 530-756-3636 or email stjamesparishdavis.net.
