Ashley Ott, who will graduate from UC Davis in June with a bachelor's degree in cellular biology with minors in Chicano studies and art studio, is crowned Miss Sacramento County 2014 on Feb. 22. She will go on to represent the Sacramento area in the Miss California pageant in June. That winner then goes on to compete for the title of Miss America and more than $50,000 in scholarship money.
