Alpha Marie Hebert

Alpha Marie Hebert, 86, passed away in Woodland at St. John’s Retirement Village, Manor West. Her daughter and granddaughters were at her side.

Born in Grey Eagle, Minn., she was the last and youngest of 12 children. She is survived by her loving husband, George Hebert; Anna Lucas (Alvin); grandchildren, Dondra Nickell, Debbie Press, Jerry Lucas, Dana Andersen (Bryce). The great-grandchildren, she adored, Kyle Lucas, Ryan Andersen, Tanner Press, Corey Lucas, Ashlin Andersen and Casey Andersen.

A private funeral will be held Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 11:30 a.m. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Midway Road, Dixon. No reception will follow the service. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.

Donations made in her name to the Yolo Hospice, 1909 Galileo Court, Davis 95618 or any Alzheimer’s research program.
