Carol Glyn (Padilla) Cash passed away peacefully at home with family on May 20, 2014, after a long illness. She was born Nov. 20, 1949, to Glen Moore and Barbara Madera (Mahoney) in Fort Bragg. Carol had two sisters, Dee Morgan and Rita Phillips, both deceased, and one loving brother, William Sanders, of Lewisport, Kentucky.
She graduated from Woodland High School and enjoyed a fascinating and varied career working for the Davis Police Department and later the University of California in administration capacities ranging from Student Housing at UCLA to the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant School at UC Davis.

Carol’s retirement years were spent creating beautiful knitted and needlepoint projects, volunteering for the Obama campaign, cheering the 49ers, and many fun hours with her two granddaughters, Evelyn and Charlotte. She was a very proud and loyal mother to her sons Peter (Erica), and Nicholas Padilla.
We will be gathering to remember Carol on June 14, please contact us at carolcash47@yahoo.com for information.
