Carolyn ‘Carol’ Jewel Cardwell

Carolyn “Carol” Jewel Cardwell was born in Fresno on Jan. 13, 1945, to Marvin and Doris Georgeson.
On May 21, 1983, she married Glen Edward Cardwell in Sacramento.
Carol is survived by her sister, Leela Rieke; a daughter, Carissa Owens-Crain; and three sons, Micheal Jorgensen, John Rieke and Wayne Rieke. Carol was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 26, 1997.
The burial service for both will be held on April 3, 2014, at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon at 11 a.m.
