Danny Ray Rasmussen
Dec. 29, 1953 — Dec. 8, 2012
Danny Ray Rasmussen passed away on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, in Modesto, after a long battle with liver disease and cancer. Born on Dec. 29, 1953, in Lamberton, Minn., he was 58.
He is survived by his loving wife Belinda; daughter Jody; his two grandsons, Jeff and Titus; brother Scott Rasmussen of Davis, his wife Michelle and son Kyle; brother Mark Rasmussen of Woodland, his wife Rachel, and daughters Haley, Kate and son William; and his aunt, Bonnie Hoehne of Prior Lake, Minn., and her extended family.
Dan’s passing was preceded by his parents, Daniel and Diane Rasmussen of Davis.
During his difficult illness Dan had the constant love and support from his two brothers and their families, his best friend, Terry Coulombe, as well as the love and attention he received from his newest family members, Ellas and Steven Marks. He will be sadly missed by us all, as well as his many friends since he moved to Modesto. All of you truly made his brave struggle so much easier because of all the love you showed him when he needed it the most.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
