Oliver “Chip” Jennings Northup Jr., 87, of Davis, passed away April 14, 2013, at his home. He was a resident of Woodland, CA from 1953-1976, when he moved to Davis. A celebration of the lives of Chip and his wife Claudia Maupin will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Davis, 27074 Patwin Road.
