Sires, Jeffray

Nov. 2, 1971 — Jan. 23, 2014

At the age of 42, Jeff passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. Jeff is survived by his daughter Katlin, mother Diane Sires of Davis, sister Angela Sires Taggart (Jeff) of Dixon and nieces Amberly and Ashly of Dixon, grandmother Agnes Amaral of Rio Vista and an enormous amount of friends and extended family. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Ray Sires.

Upon graduation from Dixon High School, Jeff entered the U.S. Navy as a computer specialist on the USS Abraham Lincoln and served a tour of duty in the Persian Gulf War.

Upon leaving the Navy, Jeff continued his career as a computer specialist. Jeff is remembered for his stand-up comedy at Laughs Unlimited. He was a die-hard Raiders fan. His infectious laugh and smile will be forever remembered.
