Jeff is survived by his daughter Katlin, mother Diane Sires of Davis, sister Angela Sires Taggart (Jeff) of Dixon and nieces Amberly and Ashly of Dixon, grandmother Agnes Amaral of Rio Vista and an enormous amount of friends and extended family. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Ray Sires.
