Robert ‘Bobby’ Dennis Gale

Born Sept. 1, 1952, “Bobby” Gale passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011.

Bobby graduated from Davis High School in 1970, attended Sac City College and graduated from San Diego State. He went on to play for the San Diego Padres’ minor league.

An avid golfer, he was the 1993 Yolo Fliers Club champion. Bobby worked as a carpenter most of his life, and music and sports were his passions.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Liz Gale. He is survived by his son, David Gale; brothers Mike (Stacy) and Jeff (Carolyn) of Woodland; forever loved and remembered by his numerous family and friends, including his former wife Debbie of Woodland and former companion Debbie Conley of Dixon.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Taber Ranch, County Road 81, Capay. For directions, go online to www.taberranch.com.
