The city of Davis offered Neighborhood Partners LLC and Twin Pines Cooperative Foundation a settlement of $300,000 — the first of two such offers — in April 2010 in an attempt to resolve ongoing lawsuits.
The offers also were designed to allow the Davis Area Cooperative Housing Association to continue to operate as an affordable housing model, according to a statement released Wednesday by the City Council.
