Playoffs? Playoffs? At Davis High, everybody’s in!

In an unprecedented season of sports at Davis High School, teams from all 13 spring athletic programs will make postseason appearances, beginning this week.

From badminton to boys volleyball; knifing through a swimming pool or flying over the bars in field events; from softball to hardball … every Blue Devil team will be vying for section crowns this month.

In lacrosse, both local boys and girls squads are competing in the rugged North Coast Section in an attempt to put a Sacramento stamp on a Bay Area athletic staple.
