* Concert at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church
On Saturday at 5 p.m., in honor of Woodland’s Stroll Through History day, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is hosting a concert, featuring the Davis High School Madrigal Choir. The group has performed internationally and to great acclaim. The Choir performs in period costumes which they make themselves. The entertainment program starts with songs from the renaissance age.
Since 1972, the Madrigal’s have become a family tradition at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, with many families joining from around town. So after your “Stroll”, take a break from the heat, plan to come and bring a friend.
A “Cookie Feast” follows the performance at Fellowship Hall. So join us for cookies and punch afterwards.
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is at 625 W. Gibson Road, at the corner of Gibson and Cottonwood, across from the Hospital. For more information and events, visit Lcmsstpauls.org or call at 530-662-1935. Free admission.
