The team my son would have played on was a huge disappointment. After several coaching changes, misinformation and canceled practices, I ended up withdrawing him from the team before it ever even started. Glad to know basketball will be back under Lori’s excellent leadership.

I thought this year was not significantly better/worse than any other. Given the nature of signups, the # of coaches, the fact that most of the coaches are young themselves, it has a lot of limitations. BUT, if you understand those going in, it’s totally fine. My boys had extremely contrasting seasons. One kids team was routinely drubbed and the other child’s team won very game by about 20 without seeming to try too hard. :) BUT, both boys enjoyed it immensely.

Overall, it’s an enjoyable, rec level program and we really appreciate it.
