More than 100 fans were at Community Pool on Friday night for the Davis AquaStarz synchronized swimming team’s annual show, this year titled “Synchro World Tour.” The same number of spectators was expected for an encore performance on Saturday. At the show, AquaStarz athletes ages 6 to 18 displayed athleticism and coordination in nearly 20 different routines, each with a nod to a different place in the world. AquaStarz team dads and coaches delighted fans and athletes by performing routines of their own.
