Tough start for Davis American at Section 1 Juniors Tournament

On their way to winning the Little League District 64 Juniors Tournament last week, Davis American had to figure out how to bounce back from a double-digit loss against Vacaville National.

In that instance, the locals not only rebounded to capture the title, they did it by getting revenge on VNLL not once but twice.

So, despite DALL losing big on Saturday in the first game of the Section 1 Tournament in Benicia, there is hope for a turnaround.

This chance comes quickly as Davis is back in Benicia on Sunday at 3 p.m. to play an elimination game.
